If coming with your tug:

    • Your tug would provide a place for several Tuggers to relax and a place for them to store refrigerated items as well as items needed during the day.
  • Are you willing to be a host boat for Saturday's cocktails/desert? Yes or No
    • Your boat would provide space for 4 to 6 people to socialize for the cocktail hour or for dessert. (All food and drinks to be provided by the Association)

The Rendezvous Fee Covers:

  • Tug Talk at the Annapolis Yacht Club
  • Progressive dinner Saturday night
    • Wine and hors d o'euvres (on tugs)
    • Dinner at AYC (includes a 20% gratuity and 6% sales tax)
    • Dessert and Coffee (on tugs)
  • Prizes, gifts and awards

Fee is $75.00/person. Please make check payable to “LNVT Association”.

Annapolis Municipal Marina

  • Hail the Harbor Master on VHF 17 or 9. Phone Number: 410-263-7973
  • Office hours are M-F 8:00 am – 4:30 pm and Weekends 8:30 am – 11:00 pm
  • Check-in time is after 12:00 noon/Check-out time is by 12:00 noon.
  • Should you arrive prior to check-in time and need to wait for a slip to be vacated, you may pick up a city mooring ball at no cost while you wait (Courtesy of the Harbor Master)
  • Dock fees (@ $2/ft) are paid to the Harbor Master at Check-in.
  • The Harbor Master's Office will provide you with shower keys.
  • Vicki or Dave Howell will be helping the Harbor Master. If you have problems or questions, call the Howell's cell at 801-920-0745.

General Information

  • Alcohol is prohibited on the city docks or in any city public area.
  • The city's information booth is located next to the Harbor Master's Office where you can arrange for tours and various other activities.
  • Parking by the docks is metered and patrolled. If your hotel is downtown it's probably best to walk to the docks. There is a parking garage open 24 hours at 150 Gorman Street (just off Main).
  • Name tags will be provided to help identify each other and to ensure the general public does not gain access to the boats.

Wondering what to pack?

  • The dinner at the Annapolis Yacht Club is a little more formal with coat and tie required for men. All other events are laid back and casual.
  • Bilge treasures and any other items (books, decorations, utensils, etc.) for the silent auction. The proceeds will benefit next year's East Coast Rendezvous.
  • Folding chairs for activities (if you have extras bring them—lots of out-of-towners are coming).
  • Any documents (history information, pictures, etc.) of your boat for inclusion on the LNVT Association's wiki site. All documents will be returned to you before the Rendezvous is over.
